How do I reclaim my narrative?

 Stalkers have been rewriting my history, falsifying it and all while I WAS OPEN ABOUT MY HARROWING EXPERIENCES WITH COVID LOCKDOWNS.
Admittedly I wasn't mentally there, I was depressed, I "conducted social experiments" to see how people hate other people, I made a lot of thesis like "EVERYBODY HATES POLAND" OR "EVERYBODY HATES WOMEN", tried proving them by "provoking" people I respect and it turned out I WAS CORRECT. Indeed everybody hates Poland and women.

So, I gotta reclaim my biography:

So, I was born into the middle-class family in Silesia in 2000, most of them came from Lower Silesia.
My grandparents' famillies came from various voivodeships.
I came from a Polish patriotic family (they obviously wouldn't serve foreign agents at all).
My grandparents, great-grandparents had their history of suffering from the hands of Germans, Russians and Ukrainians, that's all I know, more here:

I can relate to Frank Zappa and Jim Morrison, when it comes to my background and to Geddy Lee, when it comes to history of my grandparents suffering from occupiers (and the way I look, ironically).
Because of specific background, I had rough childhood, we moved from town to town and I knew how the world looked like.

Sorry about the fact I was a bit poetic, I won't share anything else with you, nobody in my family consented. Interpret it however you like.

Why are my stalkers trying to rewrite my history?

 So, the story goes like this.
People started acting unhinged when I said something critical about e.g. misogynistic behavior from men, when I was against detractors of Poland trying to rewrite history of Polish suffering from Nazi Germany and Soviet Russia, when I was against unethical use of AI, and against deepfakes etc.
Oh, and I said that I would be glad to talk in a friendly way to Geddy Lee and Alex Lifeson and ask them if they would like to perform in Poland in a concert or I wanted to ask them for permission to make the cover songs as well, because I was worried Rush songs aren't permitted to be covered, the same way nobody can post their movies for free, like we initially thought as Rush fans.
Now I have a group of stalkers, who continue making wild claims about me, so I react and they use it against me, again.
Group stalking is real (I'm not gonna use gangstalking yet) and it's not a conspiracy theory. They call it "lolcow culture". I predicted I'd almost would be myself a part of this unhinged culture, as Covid lockdowns started and they e.g. started bullying people who didn't get vaccinated for Covid or went outside, this is how Sarah Everard sadly was killed by the "cop", who shouldn't be called a cop. If she were still alive, she would be a part of lolcow culture and she would get the group stalkers making stuff against her and rewriting her history, just like they attempt to do it with me, simply because they hate Poland, they hate women and coincidentally, both sentiments intersect with each other.

And now what did they come up with? A nugget like this: 

Which is the terrible state of society, you can make up lies about somebody, just because I said that Poland's pogroms against Jews were almost nothing, in comparison to what Germany did to Jews, to Poles, to Poland, to allied countries and certainly - I believe that what Israel is doing is morally wrong, (not excusing Hamas, absolutely - Islam as a religion is very often not nice to women at all). 
So the next time those people condemn Poland, they should look at themselves and their crimes.

My family has nothing to hide, they were victims and NOTHING ELSE CAN BE SAID ABOUT THEM!
I'm gonna for a proof, talk to my alive relatives and do to the genealogy sites in Poland, so I don't get defamed by goons like this.
