EN: Trauma-based mind control: how my country of Poland is probably a victim of this.

 I'm from Poland, obviously. It's my home, my country, I always wished to feel safe in Poland etc.
But I notice certain patterns, especially after having thoughts on Rush not performing in Poland and eventually saying that "all Poles are bad people", whether it's Geddy Lee's "My Effin' Life" biography or Neil Peart's "Shunpikers in the Shadowlands" essay, which is a part of his book called "Roadshow" and "Far and Away, a Prize Every Time", Covid lockdowns, which involved psychological operations and operations to completely shut down the hospitals, how Poles were framed by Germans in "Gliwice incident", that it was "Poles who attacked the Gliwice radiostation", which was a pretext for waging the World War 2 against Polish people. One could speculate for a good reason that Kielce pogrom, Jedwabne pogrom etc. were psychological operations that were carried out to make the Poles look like "Poles wanted Nazism and Communism", and my speculations are probably true at this point.
The same tactics are now being used against us, gender-critical feminists (whom they call derogatorily "TERFS"). They are trying to frame gender-critical feminists right now for crimes, we have never committed, they have military weapons for this, e.g. deepfakes, voice cloning technology, which somehow went mainstream, for some awful reason.
I remember staging social experiments to see how the world actually operates. I either ridiculed people during my boredom of covid lockdowns or I just ridiculed myself and my country, acting like I hate myself (to some degree I was conditioned as a woman and a Pole to hate myself, so I internalized it).
So, let me break it down, how psychological operations in Poland are most probably staged:

1. "At schools, one has to tell the Poles either that they have suffered or they were themselves perpetrators":

This is meant to weaken Polish people's morale, creativity. While it's true, Poles have suffered, schools talking about this have an agenda, to weaken modern Poland, to make Poles concentrate on their suffering only, but... without getting any reparations from their oppressors like Germany, then Poles are gaslit "it's all in your head, this suffering". Saying that "Poles were worse than Germans", contribute to the typical Polish low self-esteem, I see right now. Worse thing is that some of those accusations were staged by Germany and Russia, to excuse themselves, while they committed crimes against Polish nation.

2. "Deprive Polish people from entertainment and convince them it's immoral to be entertained, instead provide them anti-entertainment":

We see this e.g. in underfinancing artists, musicians and making the entertainment unnecessarily expensive. The tickets to the rock concerts became unnecessarily expensive, rock is considered "dead", not good", same with jazz, blues, classical music - instead they are promoting misogynistic rap artists, who praise raping and torturing women and calling them names and falsely accusing them of sleeping around with improper men (in some cases like that).
 Animal-based entertainment like zoos, circuses is considered immoral, even though the agencies could monitor their well-being, but instead first circuses, them the zoos are going to be illegal and it will be illegal to set the safari parks, which are better alternatives to zoos and circuses, which are underfinanced and they hire improper employees that are sadistic against those animals. The next thing that will be done, is banning pets, as both psyopped left and right aim to. Left says "having pets is animal exploitation", right says "but you can't replace children with pets". How so? It's expensive to have children! Most males aren't accommodating to women and would dump women (especially if psyopped by "MGTOW" movements).
Theater tickets are also expensive/unavailable, because it's not meant to be for everyone, theaters are often politicized and have certain agendas that demoralize Polish people.
Schools should mean to entertain, but instead they also guilt-trip people here in Poland and act like religious institutions in "it's my fault, my entire fault".

3. "Tell Poles it's not safe here in this country, use manipulation and coercion tactics":

I know this tactic very well. I was a victim of this tactic as well. Schools used on me some kind of trauma-based mind control and didn't allow me to get sick and have the sick leave, even though I was really ill. Teachers were unusually hostile against me and innocent children. They were promoting the idea that "no Pole can feel safe here, even since education". 
I see it in the media, where they broadcast murder, real crime, rape, or attempt to demoralize Polish people by staging "men vs women" wars, fame MMA. I see how politicians are treating Poles as some kind of subhuman nation that needs to be "reeducated", constantly serving likes of Germany, Russia, USA, Israel, Vatican, even Ukraine (there was attempt to gaslight Poles and say that Volhynian massacre was all in their heads/well deserved) and yes, this is all trauma-based mind control in Poland.
It's all made, so Polish diaspora gets bigger, in the countries that treat them well.

4. "Use Poles as the army meat, suppress the pacifist movements, suppress the music that questions the government, use AI instead for making music that sounds anti-government, but really isn't":

Poles are not supposed to question the government, which plays the Poles, from left and right and never cared about Polish safety, nor well-being. Poles are supposed to be in the military, serving the country, if they are in military, they are supposed to be broken, molested, women can't speak out about it (hence why many women are not willing to serve military, there are some women, who tempted by the prospects, served in military, but now it's the thing of the past). I'm not saying that Poles are not supposed to serve military, but military is the industry complex meant to traumatize people, that's all I can say.
Pacifism is suppressed in Poland, I don't see many hippie movements here, sadly - nor any legitimate pacifist movements. Poles are supposed to be demoralized, feel weak about themselves (as in point 1 I stated) and then enter the military with plethora of mental illnesses, lack of community etc.

5. "Destroy the family unit, use religious division and political division against those famillies"

For your information, I was never homophobic (but if there is violence, willing to call it out, they are not saint cows) and even though I'm a gender-critical feminist, I would make my effort, not to harm transgender folks, who are obviously psyopped by their doctors.
But there is an attempt by the religions, by the governments, to destroy the nuclear family (not necessarily always like that, my own mother was traumatized by the family of my father's side, but I think it's the part of destroying the nuclear family unit). It's made with religious brainwashing (I hated cults my whole life and I consider mainstream religions as cults that isolate famillies), political left-right brainwashing, men vs women brainwashing (as a gender-critical feminist, I seemed to like men more than they liked me), especially targeted against us women etc.
They also make having children extremely unaffordable, housing prices went up in recent times and many men, as I said are psyopped by MGTOW. The reason I don't speak about abortion destroying family unit was because while I wouldn't have an abortion (I hope never ever), I think some women have no other choice in this world that destroys the family unit. Fetuses don't remember anything (I hope so, I don't remember me being in the womb). But the abortions wouldn't have been made, if the healthcare for pregnant women were better, if housing prices weren't expensive and there weren't landlords being hostile against the inhabitants of borrowed houses etc. That is the biggest pain here.
Also, this is the reason why I developed parasocial relationship with Rush members and crew. Becuase in Poland it's difficult to have friends and accommodating family members.

6. "Make Poles biggest targets of targeted harassment, use AI, deepfakes, hacking and voice cloning tech against them"

This is used not only by the enemies of Poland, but also by some traitor Poles themselves. Dog-eat-dog situation. There is no unity among Poles, only "it's your fault" method of breaking other Poles.
But yeah, Russians were known of using these techniques and still are, Germans are known of it as well. Seems like America and Israel are trying to ruin our reputations like that as well, so no longer we are strong, but weak. These things have to prepare Poles for the inevitable war, for which Poles will be a target. Covid lockdowns have destroyed businesses and who knows why hospitals weren't available for those, who weren't just sick of Covid. Looks like Poles were meant to be targeted, as they are with AI slop, deepfakes, hacks, voice cloning technology etc.

7. "Suppress Polish anti-government protests, frame them as far-right, extremist, tokenize Polish protests, call them Nazi etc."
 
While it might be true the Polish protests are one big psy-op itself, Poles aren't allowed to protest against the government or celebrate their independence. There are acts of sabotage against Polish people and their independence marches as well. They are frequently framed by the media as "Nazi, far-right", even though Poles have nothing in common with Nazism, as they were themselves victims.

8. "Convince Poles that Poland is the worst country ever":

I was a victim of that brainwashing and I internalized those views. My apologies to those that I told about that. At schools, in the media, I was told that "Poland is not a first world country", "it's the worst country". And they are using our Polish celebrities to convince us that Poland is the worst country ever and celebrities outside of Poland, not knowing anything about Poland, repeat the elites' talking points that Poland is the worst country ever. Notice that people like Olga Tokarczuk were picked up as a Polish Nobel Prize winner, just because she represented the operation "make Poland weaker" narrative. They wouldn't pick up the people who have legitimate achievements and express Polish patriotism. Somehow certain nations are more allowed to express patriotism (which is a positive feeling, like fandoms, that are leading to better life and mental health) than Polish people are.

9. "Make life in Poland unaffordable":

Food, houses, gear for the extra hobbies are affordable only if you get inheritance from your deceased family members, if they are accommodating enough to you. But otherwise, living in Poland is unbearably expensive, many children are getting hungry and underfed, 800+ is a vague way to rescue poor Polish people who can't afford anything and yet taxes are being taken away from people who actually work. Salaries are very awful for people who actually work, around 800 złotys or if lucky, 4000 złotys, which don't make one afford stuff necessary for life.

10. "Censor the alternative media, even if they might have some valid points":
 
This is a worldwide phenomenon, but it's visible in Poland enough that I've noticed it.
Pluralization of media is necessary for better life and more happiness. Instead we are presented with one-sided narrative that makes us numb. We are losing our communities and our rights to exercise freedom of speech, gradually and censorship of alternative media and social media is just a proof of this.
